Where do I find a list of current open positions?  

All of our current openings (staff, professional, faculty) can be found in the Job Opportunities section of the Human Resources web site.  Click on the Job Opportunities link in the left-hand navigation menu to access our applicant portal.

How do I apply for a position?  

You must complete an online Mercer employment application for the specific position of interest through the online application website at www.mercerjobs.com.  We do not accept resumes unless they are submitted as part of the online application.

Do I have to complete an online application if I submit a resume?

Yes, however you will be given the opportunity to attach a resume to your completed online application after applying to a position of interest.  

What is the status of my application?

You can view the status of your application by logging in with your username and password.  After logging in, click on the Your Applications link in the left-hand navigation menu.  

How long is my application kept on file?  

Your application remains with the specific position opening for which you applied.  However, you will need to log in to the online system and apply for any future open position of interest.  You will be given the opportunity to edit your application before applying for a new position.  

Where is the Human Resources office located?  

The Human Resources office is located on the Macon campus on the second floor of Newton Hall.   We also maintain an office on the Atlanta campus on the third floor of the Administration and Conference Center.  For specific directions and hours of operation, please refer to the Maps & Directions link in the left-hand navigation menu.
