Tailgate on Black Field
12:00pm until 2:30pm		 Kickoff at Five Star Stadium
3:00pm

 No RSVP is needed for the Tailgate or for Game Tickets. Just show your Mercer ID.


Gameday Parking
Review the parking map for designated parking locations (color coded in orange).  Most parking is $10 per vehicle (cash only) and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Check in at the Tailgate
Look for the designated Faculty/Staff Appreciation tent as you enter Black Field (marked by the 2 orange/black Human Resources and Employee Appreciation flags).  HR staff will be there to welcome you and your guests and to help answer any questions.

Bear Card ID
Make sure to bring your Bear Card with you!  You must show either your mobile or physical Bear Card to HR staff when picking up meal tickets, game tickets and your employee t-shirt.

Meal Tickets
Satterfield’s BBQ will be catering for us again this year.  To enter the designated food area for employees and their guests, you and each member of your party must have a meal ticket (up to 6 total per employee), which can be picked up at check-in. Food will be served until 2:30pm.

Game Tickets
Game tickets (up to 6 total per employee) can be picked up at check-in on Black Field until 2:30pm.  If you arrive after this time, you must pick up your game tickets at the ticket booth located at gate 2 near the Butler Family Plaza.  Be sure to mention you are a Mercer employee and you will need to show your Bear Card.

Employee T-shirts
Each employee can pick up their employee t-shirt at the Faculty/Staff Appreciation tent until 2:30pm.

  • T-shirts are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be distributed during the tailgate.
  • Employees will only be allowed to pick up their own t-shirt and cannot pick up additional t-shirts for other employees.
  • No t-shirts will be available for pick up or delivery after Saturday’s tailgate.

Pre-game
If you would like to participate in holding the American flag on the field during pre-game, you must register with Athletics here: Sign up

Stadium/Game Information
Gates to the stadium open at 2:00pm and kickoff is at 3:00pm.  Visit the Mercer Gameday website for further information.
